Jake Murphy
New Graduate Podiatrist
B.Pod
Jake is a Northern Beaches podiatrist with a particular interest in general skin and nail care, as well as lower limb biomechanics, helping active individuals manage injuries through structured, progressive rehabilitation.
Growing up on the Northern Beaches, Jake has always been actively involved in sport, particularly cricket, football, and surfing. His personal sporting background gives him a practical understanding of the physical demands placed on the lower limb, as well as the challenges injuries can present. This insight informs his clinical approach, with an emphasis on appropriate load management, movement efficiency, and long-term injury prevention.
Jake provides comprehensive podiatry care across both foot and ankle pain and general practice settings. His services include the management of musculoskeletal conditions, skin and nail treatments, diabetic foot assessments, and preventative foot health care. He performs shockwave therapy as part of his treatment approach and has a particular interest in conditions such as plantar warts, fungal nails, and ingrown toenails.
Jake works collaboratively with local GPs, physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure patients receive coordinated, evidence-based care tailored to their individual goals and lifestyle.
He is committed to delivering thorough, patient-centred treatment, with a focus on achieving sustainable outcomes and supporting long-term lower limb health.
